Job Summary

As a Junior Marketo Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing
automation initiatives of the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals
with a foundational understanding of marketing principles and a desire to develop expertise
in Marketo, a popular marketing automation platform. You will work closely with the
marketing team to execute campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and contribute to the
overall success of the marketing automation

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution
 Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns
using Marketo.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall
business objectives and strategies.
2. Data Management
 Maintain and manage contact databases within Marketo, ensuring data
accuracy and completeness.
 Work on data segmentation and targeting to personalize marketing
campaigns.
3. Asset Creation
 Create and optimize email templates, landing pages, and other digital assets
within the Marketo platform.
 Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure assets meet brand and
messaging standards.
4. Analytics & Reporting
 Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for optimization.
 Generate regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify
areas for improvement.
5. Automation Workflows
 Assist in the development and implementation of marketing automation
workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
 Work with senior Marketo experts to enhance automation strategies.
6. Training & Documentation
 Stay updated on Marketo best practices and new features.
 Create documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer
within the marketing team.
7. Collaboration
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and IT, to ensure
alignment of marketing automation with broader business goals.
 Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to support
integrated campaigns.
Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


 Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
 Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

 Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization.


 Basic knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
 Understanding of lead scoring and nurturing processes.
 Certification in Marketo or other relevant marketing automation platforms is a plus.
