MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER
 JOB SPECIFICATION:
The marketing operations team is in charge of developing the tools and capabilities that will
allow us to scale our marketing efforts. This includes everything we do in terms of marketing
systems, marketing services, data quality, sales alignment, and so on. The team provides strategic
and tactical support to key Motive projects that allow us to grow. We work closely with teams
across the organization, including enterprise systems, sales, product marketing, engineering, and
others.
As a campaign services manager, you will be in charge of the team and the process for creating
and delivering digital marketing assets to support go-to-market campaigns, paid media plans,
partner marketing, and demand generation initiatives. You'll work with internal team requesters
to assess their project briefs and requirements, assign resources, manage timelines and
expectations, output quality, and overall goal attainment for each request. As the leader of a
service organization within Marketing Operations, you will be in charge of team efficiency and
throughput, capacity and growth, status communication and transparency, and setting direction
and education on how to work and engage with the Campaign Services team. You'll take a
strategic approach to improving the process, making it more efficient, and expanding the
catalogue of digital assets that your team can deliver.

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

Own the email operations practice of Company to optimize our ability to effectively
communicate with our customers and prospects; consult with lifecycle and demand gen teams on
best practices to promote legal compliance, deliverability, and campaign performance
Manage end to end campaign intake and execution process
Manage a small team of Marketo admins on the intake, development, QA and delivery of emails,
landing pages, Marketo programs and campaigns
Update requesters and stakeholders with project status to completion
Partner with dependency teams to improve foundations and processes to support efficient and
quality campaign delivery
You will manage and define critical processes for intake, resource capacity, deliverables SLA,
throughput and efficiency.
Partner closely with our design, content, website, and systems teams on incoming project
requests that involve cross functional collaboration.
Partner with the Marketing Ops team to deeply understand our business and our marketing
opportunities and build the right tools and capabilities to address them
