A Graduate Entry (accelerated) pathway is available to successful applicants with a completed relevant degree – credit is granted upon PHR1001 Bridge
to Practice I (12cp) and upon entering third year an overload unit PHR1101 Bridge to Practice II (6cp) is required.

Pre-requisites: There is a pass by year rule in this course. There is a pass by semester rule from year 2 in this course. In order to progress in Year 4
students must have completed all prior placements. Semester dates: Due to Pharmacy placements and projects, some semesters use alternate dates
especially for students in Year 4.
