Privacy Policy for Lead Generation

T-Mobile Austria GmbH’s General Data Privacy Policy (available in German at www.magenta.at/datenschutz)
governs how your personal data are processed. For lead generation, the following additional privacy
provisions apply.

1. Which data are collected or processed?

Name, email address, company name, address, telephone number, company information

2. How and for what purpose will my data be used?

The data will be used to send personalised emails (with information about business products and events)
and to contact you by telephone. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 (a) of the General Data Protection
Regulation. You can withdraw this consent at any time. Data processing before consent is withdrawn
remains valid.

3. Where are my data processed or stored?

T-Mobile processes your data in Austria. In exceptional cases, the data will be processed in other European
countries or in non-European countries (known as third countries). The data are processed within the legal
framework of regulations that guarantee a secure level of data protection (EU standard contractual clauses or
Binding Corporate Rules). T-Mobile commissions technical service providers for this processing.

4. How long will my data be stored?

The data will be erased in accordance with the legal requirements, at the latest after 1 year without
interaction.

5. What rights do I have?

You have the right of access to personal data concerning you, the right to rectification or erasure of the data,
the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to with-
draw any consent you have previously given. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority
(Austrian Data Protection Authority).
