APPLICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF CLAIM ON BEHALF

OF THE CLAIMANT

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That vide order dated 11.01.2017 in CP No. 152/2016,

the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi was pleased to pass an

order appointing the present Official Liquidator as the

provisional liquidator for initiating the process of

liquidation of Cosmic Structures Limited Company (in

Provisional Liquidation).
2. That this Hon’ble Court vide its order dated

22.01.2018 was pleased to dispose of applications

filed by creditors of the company-in-liquidation for

registering their claim, however, the Hon’ble Court also

passed directions in favour of the applicants directing

them to file their claims before the Official Liquidator

in prescribed form no. 66, along with the original.

3. That it is further submitted that the applicant is

amongst the creditors of the company-in-liquidation

and wishes to record his claim before the Official

Liquidator appointed by this Hon’ble Court in terms of

the aforementioned order.

4. That therefore, a duly filed Form. 66 on behalf of the

applicant is also moved accompanying with the

present application containing all the necessary

information of the claim of the applicant with

supporting documents and the contents of the same

 may be read as part and parcel of this application as

the same is not being repeated for the sake of brevity.

PRAYER

It is therefore, prayed that the claim of the applicant in

Form 66 may be accepted and pass any other order(s) it

deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
