Fui a Puerto Rico. Visité a mi amigo Raul. El Viernes Santo ful a la Iglesias con su
familia. el sábado Raul volo su cometa con sus amigos en un pasto cerca del Fuerte San
Felipe del Morro que está en Viejo San Juan. Lo pase muy bien.
Translation: I went to Puerto Rico. Visit my friend Raul. On Good Friday, he went to the
churches with his family. On Saturday, Raul flew his kite with his friends in a pasture
near Fort San Felipe del Morro in Old San Juan. I had a great time.

2. Alicia
Fui a un campamento de deportes. Jugué al tenis nade en la piscina y patine. El sábado mi
hermana Marisela tomó parte en una caminata de cinco kilómetros, pero yo no fui. El
domingo todo el mundo cantó himnos como fue Domingo de Pascua.
Translation: I went to a sports camp. Play tennis, swim in the pool and skate. On
Saturday, my sister Marisela took part in a five kilometer walk, but I did not go. On
Sunday, everyone sang hymns like it was Easter Sunday.

Me quedé en casa con mi mama. Ayude a mi mama con el trabajo de la casa. Prepare las
comidas, cocine muchos platos nuevos y también estudié para mis exámenes. Mi papá

Translation: I stayed at home with my mom. I helped my mom with the housework. I
prepared meals, cooked lots of new dishes and also studied for my exams. My dad spent a
lot of time resting. Dad watched television and mowed the grass.

Fui a miami con mi mamá durante las vacaciones da la Semana Santa. Fui de compras
con ella. Ella me compro muchas cosas nuevas. Mamá me llevó a muchos restaurantes
hispanos. Me gusto la comida cubana.
Translation: I went to Miami with my mom during the Easter holidays. I went shopping
with her. She bought me a lot of new things. Mom took me to many Hispanic restaurants.
I like Cuban food.

Mi amigo de Francia, Claude, pasó la Semana Santa conmigo. Lleve a claude a muchos
sitios de interés. Lo lleve también al cine y a muchas fiestas en casa de mis amigos. Un
dia fue a la biblioteca y al museo conmigo.Lo pasé bomba!
Translation: My friend from France, Claude, spent Easter with me. I took Claude to many
places of interest. I also took it to the movies and to many parties at my friends' houses.
One day he went to the library and the museum with me. I had a fantastic time!
