Topic: Sleep

Part 1

1. What time do you go to bed?

Actually, it depends on my task. On some weekdays, I’m always up to my ears in

deadlines, so I have to burn the midnight oil. However, I often hit the bed around at
11.00 o’clock at the weekend. In my opinion, it’s a good way to recharge my
energy and impair a greater risk of health problems.

2. Do you have a nap during the day?

Yes, definitely. For me, a nap has an important role in refreshing and providing
energy for the rest of daytime. In fact, I often spend about 30 minutes taking a nap
and it helps me improve concentration and productivity.

3. Do you think sleep is important?

Absolutely, from my point of view, people who have a consistent sleep schedule
and get enough sleep, have healthy bodies. Their brain function is also enhanced,
which helps make decisions better as well as improve concentration in learning and
working.

4. Do you like to get up early in the morning?

No. to be honest, I’m a night owl. I often burn the midnight oil and have a sound
sleep at around 1 or 2 am. After during 7 hours for sleeping, feeling lethargic or
sleep deprivation symptom is never existed. Although I know it has many negative
effects, it is a hard habit to break.
