Details -
● Developed “OTP service” with multiple service providers and dynamic allocation based
on the success rate. Developed “OTP on call system” using gupshup. User drop
reduced by 22% through this feature.
● Developed “Book search” using elastic search n-gram tokenizer.
● Worked on “Personalised top icons” based on frequency of interactions by the user.
● Worked on multiple other features - “Attendance and reward” system, “Customised
Playlists” based on video consumption, “Dictionary”, “Stories” ( a time based notice
board ) , “Mock Test”, “User Survey”, “User Review”, “History”, “Watch later”.
● Developed doubtnut’s digital currency system named “doubtnut rupiya”, which
increased the retention by 23%.
● Suggestions on typing question
○ By matching typed string with questions’ texts stored into Elastic repository
● Built “daily goal”, A personalised tasklist based on user’s watched video
○ Using ElasticSearch based on the class, board and subject of the watched video
○ Suggests Live Classes, videos and PDFs to the user
○ This feature was adopted by around 35k users or increased the time spent by
 12%

● Developed thumbnail generation system using Puppeteer, for creating thumbnails of
questions in multiple Indian languages.

● Worked on creating the doubtnut.com website using bootstrap framework and React
