Working as a Manager- Accounts & Audit in M/s RKD Construction Pvt. Ltd. (Head
Office).

Detailed Task Assigned (Worked Accounts & Finance Area):


 Verification of Cash & Bank Payment, Receipt Vouchers & Journal Vouchers.
 Ability to Handle Cash & Banking Operation in Project & Corporate.
 To Assist the Project Manager to Arrange for the required Funds.
 Ledger Scrutiny using Software TALLY ERP 9 & SAP S/4 Hana 1610 - Fico.
 Verification of Transportation, Hire Bills, Sub-Contractor Bill &Debit Notes.
 To maintain proper books of accounts such as Cash, Bank, J V, Ledger, Assets and
other subsidiary books as required meeting statutory requirements.
 To reconcile site to H.O transaction from time to time.
 To coordinate with statutory (External Auditors) and Internal Auditors.
 To follow up with Suppliers & Sub-Contractors for all outstanding Bills and all
overdue bills.
 Preparation of Monthly site Budget.
 To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements e.g. Vehicle Taxes insurance,
TDS,Goods & Service Taxes ( GST ) etc.
 To review inventories, Blocked funds, outstanding liabilities, Advances etc.
