APPLICATION TO ATTEND COURT PROCEEDINGS BY WAY

OF VIDEO CONFERENCING.

1. It is hereby submitted that, the present matter is fixed

before this Hon’ble Court on today board i.e 13/07/2021 at
the stage of “Chief of Respondent”.

2. It is further submitted that, the Respondent is currently

residing at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and due to the spike and
rise in the COVID cases and its consequential lockdown
imposed by state government, it will not be possible for
Respondent to be personally/physically present before the
Hon’ble Court to attend the court proceedings.

3. That, to avoid any kind of delay, Respondent is willing

and ready to appear before this Hon’ble Court via electronic
media platform for the court proceedings.

4. Thus the Respondent prays that in order to avoid any

delay in the proceedings the Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow
him to appear through video conferencing/Whats app
Call/Zoom.
 PRAYER: a) It is prayed before this
Honble Court to allow the Respondent
to appear/submit himself before this
Hon’ble Court via video conferencing or
any other electronic media.

b) And Grant such other relief and

pass such other order as this
Honourable Court may deem fit and
proper in the facts and circumstances
of the case and in the interest of
justice.
