Grounds

1. The order of the Lower Court (SOC) is against law.

2. The Lower Court (SOC, Chakh) has entered in dismissing the complaint, which
had put to the revisionist to loss severe hardship and failure of justice.

3. That the, learned Judge Settlement Officer, Chakbandi Bijnore, had dismissed
the petitioner’s complaint against respondent on 3/08/2021 on the reason of
mutual constant.

4. It is respectively submitted that petitioner has not knowledge of this exparte

order. He was not given a single notice by the Chakbandi Presiding Officer.

5. It is respectfully submitted that exparte order, on dated 03/08/2021 had come

into the knowledge of Registrar on date 22/06/2022, when the petitioner has
filled a restoration application in the Honorable Court of SOC, Chakbandi Bijnor
.
6. It is respectfully submitted that Honorable Court SOC may have given a last
chance to the petitioner. Order on date 03/08/2021 is against Natural Justice, as it
was based on forged Mutual Agreement. It was an Exparte Agreement.

7. Petitioner was much aggrieved; when he comes to know about this order
03/08/2021 petition has filed a restoration.
