IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CHECKING OF SCRIPTS TEXT AND LITERATURE BOOKS

GR 8 - 11
On Monday, 27 November 2023, all gr 8 - 11 learners have
to attend school from 07:45 until 10:35 to check all their
November examination scripts.
Learners must wear school uniform and will only be
allowed to check their own scripts.
SCHOOL FEES: 2024
Thank you to all parents who have completed and
returned the financial forms.
Please return any outstanding financial forms to the
financial office by 1 December 2023.
LIBRARY BOOKS
All outstanding library books must be handed in at the
library on Monday, 27 November.
The WCED has strict policies regarding the issuing and
returning of books.
According to circular 0102/2006 it is the responsibility of
the parent or guardian to replace any lost or damaged
books.
The cost of lost or damaged books is R250 per book and
can be paid at the financial office.
Learners and parents are reminded that NO text books for
2024 will be issued if a learner has any text or literature
books outstanding.
LOCKERS
All learners are reminded to clear out their lockers and
remove any locks when they come to check their
examination scripts.

We are pleased to report that the generator was delivered and installed. STATIONERY
