SCHOLARSHIP AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This agreement executed by , a bonafide student of the Panpacific University, hereinafter called the
AWARDEE, residing at __________________________________with the written consent of
_________________________________________________the student’s PARENT/GUARDIAN, residing at
_______________________________________________________both hereinafter referred to as the
“AWARDEE”, and the PANPACIFIC UNIVERSITY , with the Principal office at San Vicente, Urdaneta
City, Pangasinan, hereinafter referred to as the “GRANTEE.”
-WITNESSETH –
WHEREAS, the University recognizes and encourages its students to pursue academic excellence;
WHEREAS, the University endeavors to assist students with great potential by providing scholarship
programs that are designed to support the student and his/her family financially in the quest toward
academic excellence.
WHEREAS, the University granted the AWARDEE a scholarship of ______ tuition fee discount for the
_____ semester of academic year 2022-2023;
WHEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree and commit on the following conditions:
1. That it shall be the responsibility of the AWARDEE to:
a. Fulfill the requirement specified in Scholarship Manual;
b. Report to the respective trainer or coach regularly;
c. Show exemplary conduct at all times;
d. Maintain the required grade requirements;
● Must have 87 GWA
● No below 85 grade remarks
● Must not have incur a failing grade, NO INC and dropped remarks
e. Extend cooperation and support in the implementation of the University’s projects, and
its rules and regulations; and
f. Have at least one referral for one (1) academic year.
2. That it shall be the responsibility of the AWARDEE to:
a. Maintain the herein stipulated scholarship support under the aforementioned
conditions;
b. Cancel the scholarship grant anytime on the basis of:
i. Misrepresentation of the AWARDEE in his/her application for scholarship;
ii. Willful violation by the AWARDEE of the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the
University;
iii Behavior that is unbecoming of a University’s Scholar as determined by competent
authorities; and
iv Conduct inimical to the interest of the University.
3. That the parties further agree:
a. That, a student may avail himself with only ONE scholarship regardless of its source.
The Scholarship may be granted by the University, or awarded by an external source
applied by the student or through the University.
b. That, upon cancellation of the scholarship grant, the AWARDEE shall already pay the
full Tuition fee for the semester he/she is enrolling.
c. Further, if the AWARDEE intends to transfer to another school, he/she will reimburse
the equivalent amount of scholarship that was awarded. Grades and transfer
credentials shall be withheld until his/her obligation is settled;
d. That the PARENT/GUARDIAN shall assist the AWARDEE in complying with the
aforementioned terms and conditions.
