ADMINISTRATION WITHOUT WILL.
1. National Population Commission (NPC) issued Death Certificate.
2. A passport photograph of the Deceased. 3. Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Residential Address, four (4) passport photographs, valid means of Identification of proposed as Administrators. 4. Name(s), Phone Number, Email Address, Residential Address, Age of children of the deceased and beneficiaries of the estate. If any beneficiary is a minor, please indicate name, address and phone number of the guardian. 5. Provide answers to the following information to complete the probate forms in the above estate: a. The Deceased Marital Status as at the time of death, if married what form of marriage. b. Name and Address of deceased’s spouse (if any). c. Occupation of the deceased at the time of death. d. List of Next of Kin, their addresses, phone number, email address, age and occupation. e. Name, Phone number and Address of deceased's relations (either Father, Mother, Brother or Sister). f. Details of the Estate/Assets to be administered, e.g. Bank Accounts, Properties, etc. 6. Subsequently two (2) sureties, one of whom is expected to own a landed property within Lagos will be required to be presented at the probate registry and provide six (6) months statement of account, valid means of I.D and two (2) passport photographs. 7. Please note that Administrator will be required to sign behind the sureties forms before publication.
