    2 – Hadrian’s Wall as a source of inspiration

    QA) The document talks about the author of Games of Thrones.

    QB) In 1980, the author saw the Hadrian’s Wall for the first time and felt like a roman. He describes
    this as a very profound feeling. He became fascinated which let him to create the famous books. It
    was a source of inspiration.

    QC) The purpose is to separate England from Scotland because the Romans didn’t want to declare
    war. They were afraid – scared by what they could find on the other side.

    QD) He changed – transformed / modified - the size of the wall. He made it bigger. Hadrian’s wall
    is made of stones while the one from Game of Thrones is in ice. When one writes fantasy tales,
    everything is bigger and more colourful.

    QE) The purpose of the two walls is to preserve the economic heritage as well as the culture.
