Kyungdong University Global Campus Exchange Program - March Intake 2024

1. Application Process:
Interested students need to fill out the application form for the exchange program.
Prepare the required documents for the final admission letter.
2. Required Documents for Final Admission Letter:
Complete application form for the exchange program.
Student Code of Conduct.
Affidavit of Support.
Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS or iBT).
Bank statements.
3. Application Deadline (Timeline) for March Intake 2024:
Applications can start being processed from the beginning of December 2023.
Final admission letters will be issued once all required documents are submitted.
Last date to apply is 15 October 2023.
4. Fees for 1 Semester Exchange Program:
Tuition Fee: USD0 (waived based on MOU).
Housing Fee: USD1,310 for 6 months, including two meal coupons per day for two months during weekdays.
Application Processing & Handling Fee: USD250 (KUAC).
Airport Pick Up Fee: USD250 (KUAC).
Banking Charge: USD100 (USD50 for KDU offer letter and USD50 for KUAC invoice).
5. Other Important Information:
Purchasing dormitory meal coupons every two months is compulsory for students living in the dormitory.
National Health Insurance Service (NHIS): Monthly payment of KRW71,920 (approximately USD55) is mandatory for
international students.

Final Procedure dates:
Beginning of December 2023: Issuing of final admission letters starts.
February 28, 2021: International students will be automatically subscribed to NHIS.
