❖ यह इवैंट अक्षखल भ रतीय स्तर पर सभी अक्षिक ररय़ों के क्षलए खुल है लेफकन यफद
आप कन टग क, आांध्रप्रदेश, तेलर्
ां न , तक्षमलन डू , के रल एवां पुडुचरे ी में क यगरत हैं तो
आपके न म ांकन को प्र थक्षमकत दी ज एर्ी।

❖ उपरोक्त प्र थक्षमकत व ले स्थ ऩों में क यगरत अक्षिक ररय़ों के क्षलए कु ल 60% सीटें
आरक्षित हैं। 10% सीटें हॉबी क्लब के सदस्य़ों के क्षलए आरक्षित हैं और 30% सीटें
अक्षखल भ रतीय स्तर पर सभी अक्षिक ररय़ों के क्षलए खुली हैं।

❖ यफद आपकी आयु 30 नवम्बर, 2023 को 35 वर्ग य उससे कम है तो आप आवेदन

करने के प त्र हैं।

❖ जो अक्षिक री पहले से ही इग्न इट – पूव,ग पुरी अथव इग्न इट - पक्षिम, र्ोव

अथव इग्न इट - मुब ां ई, इर्तपुरी अथव इग्न इट - उत्तर, मसूरी में भ र् ले चुके हैं,
वे इस इवैंट के क्षलए न म क ां न हेतु प त्र नहीं हैं। तथ क्षप ट्रैवल एवां िू ड क्लब तथ
िोटोग्र िी एवां क्षसनेमटै ोग्र िी क्लब से मांर् ए र्ए न म क ां ऩों पर यह शतग ल र्ू नहीं
है।

❖ इस ज दू को स क र करने के क्षलए प्रक्षतभ क्षर्य़ों से प्रक्षत व्यक्षक्त 2000/- रुपये की

सहयोर् र क्षश की आवश्यकत होर्ी। इसकी कटौती आपके न म क ां न की पुक्षि के
पि त पेरोल से कर ली ज एर्ी।

❖ इस इवैंट के क्षलए कु ल 120 सीटें हैं। ऑनल इन आवेदन में प्रतीि सूची बन ने के
क्षलए 220 प्रक्षवक्षिय ाँ खुली रखी र्ई हैं। प्रतीि सूची के सदस्य को पुक्षि तभी दी
ज एर्ी जब कोई पुक्षि फकए र्ए प्रक्षतभ र्ी अांक्षतम क्षतक्षथ से पहले अपन न म क ां न
रद्द कर देंर्े।

❖ आपकी सीट तभी पक्की होर्ी जब आपको इसके क्षलए युव टां ेज से

❖ Nomination Period: 11th October 1000 Hrs to 16th October 2359

❖ The event is open for All India Officers but your nomination shall
be given a preference if you are located in Karnataka, Andhra
Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry.

❖ Total 60% seats are reserved for the officers based at above
preferred locations. 10% seats are reserved for Hobby Club
members and 30% seats are open for All India Officers.

❖ You are eligible to apply if your age is 35 years or less as on 30th

November, 2023.

❖ Officers who have already participated in Ignite – East, Puri or

Ignite West, Goa or Ignite Mumbai, Igatpuri or Ignite – North,
Mussoorie are not eligible to nominate for this event except in
case of Hobby club nominations for which nominations are
sought from Food & Travel and Photography & Cinematography
Clubs for the event.

❖ A contribution of ₹ 2000/- per head shall be required from

participants to make this magic happen. It shall be deducted from
the payroll on confirmation of your nomination.

❖ There are a total of 120 seats for the event. In the online
application, 220 entries are kept open to create a waiting list. The
confirmation to waiting list member would be given only if any
confirmed participants cancel their nomination before the
cancellation date.
❖ Once the nomination process is over, selected
participants will receive a confirmation mail from
Yuvantage as per criteria mentioned above on first
come first serve basis.

❖ Your seat will be confirmed only when you receive a

confirmation email from Yuvantage for the same after
that you can put your TI. Kindly nominate for the event
in consultation with your RO, so that cancellation can
be avoided at later date.
