बााद, कोोई भीी पंंजीीकरण स्वीीकाार नहींं कि�याा जााएगाा। प्रति�भाागि�ताा करनेे केे लि�ए इच्छुुक अधि�काारीीगण,
स्वयंं/अपनेे परि�वाारजनोंं काा पंंजीीकरण केेवल उपरोोक्त लिं�क
ं केे मााध्यम सेे करेंंगेे। पंंजीीकरण कीी कोोई भीी
अन्य वि�धि� अनुुमत नहींं होोगीी।

• रु.350/- मूूल्य काा साामाान्य गैैर-वाापसीी योोग्य शुुल्क अधि�काारीी एवंं काार्ययक्रम मेंं भााग लेे रहेे उनकेे
प्रत्येेक परि�वाारजन सेे लि�याा जााएगाा। आयोोजन मेंं एक बाार पंंजीीकृृत होोनेे केे बााद, अधि�काारीी एवंं उनकेे
परि�वाारजनोंं केे लि�ए लि�याा गयाा उपरोोक्त समेेकि�त शुुल्क उक्त अधि�काारीी केे वेेतनपर्चीी सेे कााट लि�याा

• पंंजीीकरण केे पश्चाात दौौड़ केे वर्गग मेंं कि�सीी भीी बदलााव कीी अनुुमति� नहींं होोगीी। इसलि�ए, पंंजीीकरण करनेे
सेे पूूर्वव वर्गोंं काा कृृपयाा साावधाानीीपूूर्ववक अध्ययन कर लेंं।

• सभीी प्रति�भाागीी (समय-अंंकि�त एवंं गैैर- समय-अंंकि�त), जोो कि� अपनेे वर्गोंं मेंं सफलताापूूर्ववक दौौड़ कोो पूूराा
करेंंगेे, उन्हेंं आयोोजन कीी ति�थि� पर व्यक्ति�गत "रि�बूूट 35+-एचपीी फि�नि�शर मेेडैैलि�यन(पदक)" प्रााप्त
होोगाा।

• सभीी प्रति�भाागीी, जोो कि� सफलताापूूर्ववक अपनीी समय-अंंकि�त दौौड़ोंं कोो पूूराा करेंंगेे, उन्हेंं व्यक्ति�गत समय-
अंंकि�त प्रमााण-पत्र (ई-प्रमााण-पत्र) प्रााप्त होोगाा। यह ई-प्रमााण-पत्र एक ऑनलााइन लिं�क

• 2 कि�.मीी. मैैरथॉॉन एवंं 2 कि�.मीी. वॉॉकैैथॉॉन वर्गग समय-अंंकि�त नहींं हैंं तथाा गैैर-प्रति�भाागि�ताा केे आयोोजन
होंंगेे और इसीीलि�ए उक्त वर्गोंं केे लि�ए वि�जेेताा / समय-अंंकि�त प्रमााण-पत्र नहींं दि�ए जााएंंगेे। फि�र भीी, इन
वर्गोंं केे प्रति�भाागि�योंं कोो "रि�बूूट 35+-एचपीी फि�नि�शर मेेडैैलि�यन(पदक)" दि�याा जााएगाा।

• • दौौड़ केे दि�न पहननेे केे लि�ए प्रति�भाागि�योंं कोो वि�शेेष टीी-शर्टट दीी जााएंंगीी। आयोोजन मेंं पंंजीीकरण करतेे
समय इनकेे नााप काा चुुनााव कि�याा जाानाा होोगाा। कृृपयाा ध्याान देंं कि� टीी-शर्टोंं काा नााप साावधाानीी पूूर्ववक
चुुनाा जाानाा चााहि�ए, क्योंंकि� पंंजीीकरण केे बााद इसमेंं परि�वर्ततन / बदलााव कि�याा जाानाा सम्भव नहींं होोगाा।

• सभीी समय-अंंकि�त वर्गोंं केे प्रति�भाागि�योंं कोो एक दौौड़ बि�ब दि�याा जााएगाा, जि�समेंं बि�ब संंख्याा, प्रति�भाागि�ताा
वर्गग काा वि�शेेष कलर कोोड एवंं टााइमिं�ंग चि�प होोगाा।

• एक बाार सौंंप दि�ए जाानेे केे बााद, प्रति�भाागि�योंं कोो हीी दौौड़ बि�ब कीी सुुरक्षाा करनाा सुुनि�श्चि�त करनाा होोगाा।
दौौड़ बि�ब मेंं लगेे चि�प कोो कोोई क्षति� / दौौड़ बि�ब कीी क्षति� / दौौड़ नम्बर काा नष्ट होोनाा आदि� केे काारण
वह अप्रभाावीी होो जााएगाा तथाा समय-अंंकन दर्जज नहींं होो सकेेगाा। ऐसेे माामलोंं मेंं रि�बूूट@35+ मैैरथॉॉन
आयोोजन समि�ति� (आरएमओसीी) इनकेे परि�वर्ततन कि�ए जाानेे काा दाायि�त्व नहींं लेेगीी।

• दौौड़ बि�ब कीी कलर कोोडिं�ंग दौौड़, लिं�ग
ं वर्गोंं आदि� केे चि�ह्नीीकरण करनेे केे लि�ए कीी गई हैै तथाा कोोई
भीी प्रति�भाागीी यदि� कि�सीी अन्य रंंग कीी दौौड़ बि�ब पहनेे पाायाा गयाा, तोो उसेे अयोोग्य कर दि�याा जााएगाा।
प्रति�भाागीीगण ध्याान देंं कि� उन्हेंं केेवल उनकेे वर्गग केे लि�ए नि�र्दि�िष्ट दौौड़ बि�ब कोो हीी पहननाा होोगाा।

• दौौड़ बि�ब कोो सीीनेे पर भलीीभांं�ति� पहननाा होोगाा एवंं दौौड़ डेे कि�ट मेंं प्राावधाानि�त पि�नोंं कीी सहाायताा सेे लगाानाा
होोगाा।

• हम 08 एवंं 09 दि�सम्बर, 2023 कोो एचपीी नगर ईस्ट ऑडि�टोोरि�यम मेंं एक एक्सपोो कीी व्यवस्थाा
कर रहेे हैंं, जहाँँ� सेे दौौड़ बि�ब / दौौड़ डेे कि�ट प्रााप्त कि�याा जाा सकेेगाा। प्रति�भाागि�योंं सेे अनुुरोोध हैै कि�
वेे इन्हेंं केेवल एक्सपोो सेे हीी प्रााप्त करेंं ।

आयोोजन केे वर्गग – पुुरस्काार केे वर्गग

• प्रत्येेक दौौड़ वर्गग केे पुुरुष एवंं महि�लाा प्रति�भाागि�योंं केे लि�ए सभीी काार्ययक्रम एक सााथ हीी प्राारम्भ होंंगीी।
तथाापि�, समय केे आधाार पर पुुरुष एवंं महि�लाा प्रति�भाागि�योंं मेंं सेे वि�जेेतााओंं काा अलग-अलग नि�र्धाा�रण
कि�याा जााएगाा।

आयोोजन उपराान्त – पुुरस्काार वि�तरण

• प्रति�भाागीीगण नि�र्दि�िष्ट कााउंंटरोंं पर अपनेे दौौड़ बि�ब कोो दि�खाा कर अपनेे मेेडैैलि�यन(पदक)/ अल्पााहाार कि�टोंं
कोो प्रााप्त कर सकतेे हैंं।

• दौौड़ कीी समााप्ति� केे बााद, केेवल वि�भि�न्न वर्गोंं कीी दौौड़ोंं केे वि�जेेतााओंं कोो हीी वि�शेेष पोोडि�यम फि�नि�श एवंं
उनकेे पुुरस्काार प्रदाान कि�ए जााएंंगेे।

रेे स प्राारम्भ / रि�पोोर्टिं�ंग काा समय

• दौौड़ केे प्राारम्भ काा समय एवंं होोल्डिं�ग
ं एरि�याा काा समय एक अलग परि�पत्र केे मााध्यम सेे सूूचि�त कि�याा
जााएगाा।

 परि�वहन
• केेवल वााशीी, बोोरीीवलीी वाायाा गोोरेे गाँँ�व, बांं�द्राा (बीीकेेसीी) एवंं ठााणेे केे प्रति�भाागि�योंं कोो परि�वहन कीी सुुवि�धााएँँ
प्राावधाानि�त कीी जााएंंगीी। पर, येे सुुवि�धााएँँ तभीी उपलब्ध करााई जााएंंगीी जब उक्त स्थाान सेे कम सेे कम
20 प्रति�भाागीी आनेे वाालेे होंं। ऐसीी परि�वहन सुुवि�धाा काा लााभ लेेनेे वाालेे कर्ममचाारि�योंं कोो प्रति� प्रति�भाागीी
रु.50/- काा साामाान्य व्यय करनाा होोगाा।

• वााहनोंं, उनकेे आनेे-जाानेे केे समय आदि� केे वि�वरण दौौड़ केे दि�न सेे पूूर्वव सूूचि�त कि�ए जााएंंगेे।

To keep the spirit of fitness of our employees, Reboot@35+ Mumbai Chapter (HQO/HB/WZ/MR)
is pleased to announce the fifth edition of Reboot@35+ HP Mumbai Marathon and Walkathon
for Mumbai Based Officers and their families at HP Nagar East Colony on 10th December 2023.

Event Details - Reboot@35+

HP Mumbai Marathon/Walkathon 2023
The qualifying criteria for the Marathon event will be as following:

Distance( KM) Age Criteria

10 km – Marathon 15 Years & above and up to 60 years

5 km – Marathon 12 years & above and up to 60 years

2 km – Marathon 9 - 11 years (Non-Compete Category)

The details of Walkathon will be as following:

Distance( KM) Age Criteria

10 km – Walkathon 35 years & above and up to 60 years

5 km – Walkathon 35 years & above and up to 60 years

2 km – Walkathon Above 60 years (Non-Compete Category)

• The marathon and walkathon events will be held inside HP Nagar East premises.

• The event is open for all Mumbai based Officers and their family members.

• Family members include spouse of the Officer, children, parents of employee/spouse who
are presently residing with them, dependent brother/sister of Officers ordinarily dependent
and residing with them

• Each individual can apply only in one race category. The Officer will have to apply for
himself/herself and family members through the online link provided below

• The last date for Registration of participation is 20th November 2023. Please note that
post this date, no request for registration will be entertained. Officers interested to
participate in the event, have to register themselves / family members only using the
above link. No other mode of registration is allowed.

• Non-Refundable Nominal fee of Rs.350/- will be charged for the Officer and each
family member who would be participating in the event. Once registered for the event,
the above consolidated fee of the Officer and his dependents would be deducted from the
payslip of the Officer.

• No change in category of race will be allowed after registration. Therefore, please review
the categories carefully before registration.

• The age mentioned for registration will be the age of the individual as on 1st November
2023.

• All race categories, except the 2 Km Marathon and 2 Km Walkathon category, will be
timed events

• All Participants (timed and non-timed) who successfully complete their respective
categories will receive an Individual “Reboot 35+-HP Finisher Medallion” at the end of
the race on the event day.

• All Participants who successfully complete their respective timed events will receive an
individual timing certificate (e-certificate) of the event. The e-certificate will be provided
vide an online link The modalities to download the same will be communicated.

• The 2 Km Marathon and 2 Km Walkathon category are non-timed and non-compete

events and hence winners / timing certificate will not be given for the said categories.
However, participants in these categories will be given a “Reboot@35+ - HP Finisher
Medallion”.

RACE BIB/ RACE KIT

• The participants will be given special T-Shirts to be worn on the race day. The sizes are
to be selected while registering for the event. Please note that sizes of T-Shirts to be
selected carefully as same cannot be altered / changed / replaced after registration.

• The participants of all timing categories will be provided with a Race BIB which will
contain the Bib Number, Special Colour Code for Compete Category and Timing Chip.

• Participants have to ensure safe custody of the Race BIB once the same is handed over to
them. Any damage to the timing chip embedded on the Race BIB/mutilation of the RACE
BIB/ defacing of the Race Number etc., will render the same ineffective and timings may

 not be recorded. Reboot@35+ Marathon Organizing Committee (RMOC) will not take
responsibility for replacement in such cases.

• Race BIBs are colour coded to identify the race, gender categories etc., and any individual
participant found wearing a Race BIB of a different colour will be disqualified. Participants
are to note that they should only wear the RACE BIBs meant for their specific categories.

• Race Bibs should be worn prominently on the chest and safely affixed with pins provided
in the Race Day kit.

• We are arranging an Expo at HP Nagar East Auditorium on 08th and 09th December,
2023 to collect the RACE Bib/Race Day Kit. Participants are requested to collect the
same from Expo only.

EVENT CATEGORIES – PRIZE CATEGORIES

• All events will be a common start for both male and female participants in each race
category. However, the winners will be finalized separately for male and female participants
based on timings.

POST EVENT – AWARD Presentation

• Participants to collect their Medallions/ Refreshment kits by showing their Race BIB at
the designated counters.

• Only Winners of various events/age categories will be given a special podium finish and
presentation of their Awards after completion of the event.

RACE START/ REPORTING TIME

• Race Start timings and reporting time at holding area will be communicated in due course
through a separate circular.

 TRANSPORTATION
Transportation facility will be provided for the participants from Vashi, Borivali via Goregaon,
Bandra (BKC), and Thane. However, this facility will be provided subject to minimum 20
participants from these pick-up points. Employees who wish to avail the facility have to pay
nominal Rs. 50/- per participant towards transportation fees.

• The details of vehicles, departure time etc. would be communicated before race day.

Participants may please note that the aforesaid fees will be deducted from their salary/payroll,
once they submit their nomination thru registration process irrespective of the fact that they
do not attend the race.
