NCCPL is looking for Manager – Risk Management.

Job Summary: To ensure development of risk management proposals, policies and procedures in line with prevailing
regulatory framework, international standards and best practices.

REQUISITES:

Education: BS/MS (Risk Management/Actuarial Sciences/Finance) , FRM, CFA.

Experience: At least 5 years in the field of Risk Management

 Assist CRO in developing risk management of the products and services offered by PSX and NCCPL in the capacity
of central counter party, including but not limited to the review and checking of the system generated reports,
valuation techniques used for valuing the collaterals. Analyzing and evaluating the risk and suggesting
improvement of the services and products.
 To manage and review requirements under Enterprise Risk Management “ERM” Framework by COSO.
 Assist CRKO in developing risk management system and models that has the tools to identify and manage risks
including control measures and safeguards with respect to large exposures of clearing members and matters
connected thereto as per international best practice.
 Develop and review continuous adequacy of the risk management models and adopt procedures for regular back
testing stress testing, reverse testing, loss given default, value at risk “VaR” and sensitivity analysis of such
models.
 Assist CRKO in preparing proposals, agenda and working papers for the Risk Committee Meetings.
 Assist CRKO in proposing changes in the NCCPL Regulations and Procedures pertaining to Risk Management.
 Coordinate with various departments relating to Risk Management associated information/data requested by
SECP and other consultants/organizations.
 Supervise team for the updating of monthly unaudited and semi-annual audited Liquid Capital statements.
 Liaison with SECP and PSX on key risk matters
 Any other task assigned by the CRKO.
 Comply with ISMS policies and procedures including any other requirements set forth considering contractual,
legal and regulatory needs of the company.
