SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

This Special Power of Attorney specifically authorizes my said attorney-in-fact to:

1. Represent me in all official meetings, conferences, and gatherings of the

Homeowner's Association pertaining to the property located in

2. Exercise my voting rights and privileges during any voting or balloting

procedures related to the affairs of the Homeowner's Association.

3. Participate in all discussions, negotiations, and decision-making processes

concerning the interests of the property within the Homeowner's Association.

This authorization is effective immediately and shall remain in full force and effect
unless revoked in writing. This Special Power of Attorney is granted for the sole
purpose of allowing my attorney-in-fact to represent my interests in the Homeowner's
Association affairs. This authorization does not waive any of my rights as the owner
of the said property.
