Welcome to Iconica Ensembles
Congratulations and thank you for purchasing Iconica Ensembles. Recorded at one of
Germany's most intriguing venues, the Funkhaus Berlin, Iconica is a complete, easy-to-use
solution for creating stunning symphonic masterpieces or adding orchestral elements to your
productions.

This Read Me includes important information about installing and using the software on your
Windows or macOS computer. Enjoy the orchestra under your fingertips!

Please note that you need at least the free HALion Sonic SE 3.1.15 to use Iconica. If
you already own HALion 6 or HALion Sonic SE you need to update towards the
versions 6.1.15 or 3.1.15 or later.

1 Installation and activation

Installing your software

Please download Iconica Ensembles and the newest free
HALion Sonic SE or HALion via the Steinberg Download
Assistant.
Windows:

Activation Code for your software

Your Activation Codes are sent to your email account and are
contained within the “Steinberg Shop Order Confirmation” email
of your purchased software version. You should have received
one code which activates Iconica Ensembles as well the free
HALion Sonic SE.

Activating your license

After installation of the software, open the eLicenser Control
Center application that is installed with your product, and follow
the instructions to activate your license.
Go to www.steinberg.net/activate for more information on
license activation.

Registering your software

Please register your product in order to be entitled to many
benefits, such as full support and product updates.

Best user experience

If you are using Iconica with multipatches in one HALion
instance, we highly recommend to activate multicore-support in
the options menu. This will guarantee you the best user
experience. Multicore is per default deactivated.

Hardware drivers
Steinberg software requires recent drivers and components for
your audio and remote controller hardware, so please make
sure that the latest versions are installed before you start
working with your software.
