JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF
DRIVER D. RAT

This Judicial Affidavit of Mr. Driver D. Rat, the Petitioner, is executed

to serve as his direct testimony in the instant case.

This Judicial Affidavit is being offered to prove:

A) All the allegations in the Complaint including all annexes

appended thereto and which were already marked as exhibits during the Pre-
Trial of this case; and

B) All other related matters, facts and circumstances relevant and

material to this case.

I, DRIVER D. RAT, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 123

Front Buckingham Street, Intramuros Manila, subscribing under oath,
depose and state the following answers in response to the questions asked
by Atty. Daddy G. Pig with address at Penthouse 1 London suites No. 1209 P.
Ocampo St., Malate, Manila, where my testimony as set forth below was
taken, fully conscious that I am doing so under oath and that I may face
criminal liability for false testimony or perjury, as follows:

1. Q: Are you the same Driver D. Rat, the Petitioner in this case?
A: Yes sir.

2. Q: Do you know Queen D. Elizabeth, the Respondent in this case?

A: Yes sir.

1
3. Q: How did you come to know the Respondent?
A: She is our Queen sir.

4. Q: Are you personally related to the Respondent?

A: No Sir.

5. Q: Can you tell before this Honorable Court how you met the
Respondent.
A: It was in or about July 8, 2021. I went out to start my daily job
as a driver of a public utility vehicle in which that vehicle is
personally owned by me; the big bright red bus which is my sole
source of income. After a few minutes of my trip, I passed by in
front of BHam Palace in Muralla Street Intramuros Manila. That
was the time I saw and met the respondent because she
immediately stopped me and made an agreement with me that she
will pay my whole day income in exchange that she will borrow my
bus for the reason that she needed to give her visitors a tour
around the city.

6. Q: What happened during that first meeting with the Respondent?

A: After greeting our queen, at first I was shocked because it was
the Queen who asked me if she could use my bus. At first I was
shocked and even uttered “You must be joking!”. As our Queen,
and with full of confidence and trust, I did allow the Queen to use
my bus for the tour.

7. Q: What happened next after you lend your bus to the Queen, if
any?
A: The Queen promised and agreed that she will immediately
return the bus to me in front of her office as soon as the tour was
over.

8. Q: Then what happened next, if any?

A: I waited for several hours in front of her office, but I started to
get worried since it was already getting dark and there was still no
sign of the Queen nor of my big bright red bus.

9. Q: And what happened next, if any?

A: I tried to call the Queen several times but there was not a single
answer. I reported the incident to the proper authorities hoping
that the Queen would return my bus to me on that same day,
because I needed my bus since it is my only source of income.

10. Q: What happened next, if any?

2
A: No response was given by the Queen. So I sent a demand letter
to her office requesting for the return of my bus. Initially, the
demand letter was disregarded and refused by the Queen.
Fortunately, she still returned the bus to me but I have already
incurred so many loss and debt because of the incident.

11. Q: What happened next, if any?

A: That’s all. My bus was returned to me but I was already suffering
from the damage it caused and also having a hard time since we
are currently suffering from this pandemic which makes it even
harder for me to survive from day to day specially the bus is my
only sole source of income.

12. Q: Aside from the foregoing, do you have anything else to state?
A: Nothing more for the moment. However, I reserve the right to
submit additional statements and documents if necessary.

Affiant further sayeth naught.
