Preparing material for work:
1. Print everything.
2. Cut out all the part.
3. Put corresponding color dots on the back of every card. They
should correspond to the colors of the categories’ labels. Color dots
will serve as an error control.
3. Laminate.
4. Hurry up to present it to your kids! ;)
Material presentation:
1. Tell the child that today you are going to talk
about different animal patterns.
2. The printable has 3 categories for sorting (spots,
stripes, and solid). You can start with presenting
just a few categories if the learner is younger,
or if you present the material or theme for the first
time.
3. Show the child categories names.
4. Show the child different cards and ask them
what category they suit the best.
5. Sort all the cards. Then turn the cards to their backs
and check all the dots. You can also use the control
card to check the finished work.
5. Discuss the cards.
