1.0 Introduction
On this project we as group members, are going to make a full steel
design for the main structural system of a Warehouse storage flooring
with configuration, it is composed of two floors that can have the
configuration, also the floors are composite which consist of corrugated
steel sheet and concrete slab.

All the members are rolled section, and the beams are universal
beams and columns are universal columns, the connections are simple
bolted connections for beam-column joints. All the bracings are double
angles connected back to back where the gusset plates are in between
the angles.

All the steel design requirements will be shown below in the report.

1.1 Objective

To design a safe and economic warehouse as much as possible, to

make sure that it will be able to carry all the loads which are designed.

12.0 Conclusion
To sum up, as we have mentioned on the introduction and through
the details of the design, all the required steps of steel design of main
structural system of a Warehouse storage flooring with configuration has
been done. We have learn many things on this project and gained a lot
of experience on the steel design such as, how to do the load
arrangement both stories 1 and 2, how to make the combination of beam
groups and that was at the beginning but after trying multiple times it
become easy, and also one of the most difficulties that we have face is
that the number of tries in order to choose the best section that can carry
the loads safely and economy without exceeding 20%.
