Registration Guidelines for

TCS iON Remote Internships

 Guidelines for applying to TCS iON Remote Internships

1. Use the link given below to access the webpage of TCS iON Remote Internships:
https://learning.tcsionhub.in/hub/rio/

2. Click on “Get Started”, as shown in the screenshot below:

3. Logging in TCS iON Digital Learning Hub -

a) Existing users can log in by either of the following ways:
i. Enter your registered Email ID and Password
ii. Click relevant social media handle to register using the social media handle.
b) First time users need to “Create Account” using either of the following ways:
i. Click on Sign Up link to register yourself using your Email ID.
ii. Click relevant social media handle to register using the social media handle.

4. The User Account Sign Up window is displayed where you need to enter your basic
details to complete your account creation process. Please select “I am a Learner”. And
ensure your Email ID and Phone Number are correct since they will be used for future
communication.

5. After signing up, you will be redirected to the state selection screen where you can
choose your state from the drop-down list and then you will be automatically logged in.

The activation code will be provided by your institute. Please follow the steps
given below:
a) Click on “ACTIVATE NOW” and enter the activation code, then click on “View Product”.

b) Upon clicking “View Product” the name of required RIO variant will appear. Once confirmed
that this is the variant you want to purchase, click on “Activate”.

c) Fill in your basic details in the form and click on “Continue”. It is important to select the
internship project of your choice from the drop-down list under Internship Details-Product
section; similarly, provide the name and email ID of the academic mentor from your
educational institution, who will be doing the viva voce/evaluation of your internship
project work. Academic mentor will be provided with an access to a webpage to
view/download your project report, feedback received from the industry mentor on your
project report, daily activity reports submitted by you and your score from the final project
test. They may use these artefacts as an aid in their final evaluation/viva voce.

d) The product will be activated and will appear in “My Dashboard”.
