Go outside your home or school and select one (1) plant specimen,

with its parts still intact. If you are allowed to bring it inside, do so.
Take a photograph of the plant sample that you collected. Make sure
to have the following written below your sketch as part of your
reference:

Take note of the details of your plant specimen. Write down your
observations.

* Aloe vera plants are perennials lily plants with healing and calming
characteristics when you smell it.
*It doesn’t have flower yet since the Aloe wasn’t fully developed
*The thick, succulent leaves are filled with a viscous gel and are pale
grayish-green with lighter dots and points along the edges.
*The blades are greyish to green in color, with white dots on their
surfaces
*Vase-shaped plants with shallow roots stretch outward.
* Along the edges of their spines are sharp, reddish spikes.
*Aloe Vera has succulent, erect leaves that create a dense rosette.
Aloe Vera is a stemless or very short-stemmed plant that grows to 60–
100 centimetres (24–39 inches) tall and spreads by offsets.
*The leaves are thick and fleshy
*The leaf margin is serrated and has small white teeth.
• The roots of the Aloe plant are deep and spread below the soil's surface.
• By removing the leaves near the plant's base, you can see portion of the stem.
• When the Aloe leaf's green skin is cut, a yellowish-green sap is released.
• A pulp comprised of a transparent gel-like fluid lies beneath the leaf's surface.
• The aloe leaf's green skin has a firm, waxy surface.
