Question 1: “Based on your observation as a would-be teacher, what are the

educational institutions doing to prepare teachers who will help attain the goals
stated in Section 3?”

Curriculum plays an important role in creating the base of education, A good

curriculum also brings together teachers from different grades and subject areas to
look at the big picture of student learning. Teachers can collaborate to develop a
series of topics that build on each other and connect across disciplines.

In the 1987, Philippine Constitution, Article XIV, Sec 3. it is given an importance to

teach the rights and duties of citizenship, strengthen ethical and spiritual ideals,
cultivate moral character and personal discipline, promote critical and innovative
thought, expand scientific and technical understanding, instill patriotism and
nationalism, foster love of humanity, respect for human rights, appreciation of the
role of national heroes in the country's historical growth, instill patriotism and

nationalism. As a students, specially we were encounter the EDUC subject we
were taught the importance of curriculum in teaching. Specially in doing the lesson
we apply what is in the curriculum. Those professional education in Article XIV
sec3 really useful to every educator. This as a student, help me understand more
about the teaching profession and gives me more awareness and wisdom to be
use in the near future as an educator. Teaching religion or being nationalism and
foster love of humanity is kinda difficult. Students becomes the new product for
peace and freedom, each should be guided to look back on where they learn their
skills or knowledge for the benefit of the generation and nation.

Question 2: “What educational practices and programs are aligned to Sec. 10, Sec.
14, Sec. 17, Sec. 18 and Sec. 19?”
 In today's culture, technology, research, and information are critical. Technology and
science studies give students an understanding of how various information processes begin
and advance, as well as how novel technical processes are created, employed, and becoming
more important.

Because of the pressures of colonialism and neighboring nations, the Philippines has a very
distinct culture. Cultural heritage is important for preserving our identity. It provides us with an
unmistakable link to the past to certain social values, beliefs, practices, and rituals allowing
us to identify with others and deepening our sense of belonging, pride, and national pride.

Indigenous peoples contribute to environmental protection, climate change mitigation, and

environmental sustainability, but their interests are not always respected. Traditions, rituals,
protocols, beliefs, spirituality, ceremonies, language, ways of understanding and being, and
links to the land and the land's life-sustaining resources are all built on this foundation. The
State shall give recognition and respect to our indigenous culture as it is give as a unique
View of the world.

Program that gives scholarship shows them their importance to the society it gives an
opportunity to many people. Program that gives incentives and cultural centers show them
their importance to the entire community. These centers are a great way to understand
others within your community. And promoting physical education and encourage
sports programs,can develop a healthy and alert citizenry
