for causing stress is work timings, 26% of the respondents said meeting targets, 20% of the
respondents said work load, 16% of the respondents said performance anxiety and only 10%
said inter personal relationship.
Inference: From the above table, the Weighted average has been calculated as 3.26. The
attributes given to the frequencies are Work load 5, Work timings 4, Meeting targets 3,
Interpersonal relationship 2 and Performance anxiety 1 respectively.
