1. Αs a participant in this FIBA competition (“Competition”) and in consideration of the acceptance of my participation therein and
benefits therefrom, I agree to comply with all the provisions of the FIBA General Statutes, Internal Regulations, including the Code
of Conduct, the applicable FIBA Competitions Regulations and other FIBA rules and regulations in force at the time of the
Competition (jointly “Regulations”; published under www.fiba.basketball and including among others rules on sanctions, use of
personal data for the objectives sought by the Regulations etc.) and with any decisions issued thereupon by FIBA and its bodies
and divisions (jointly “FIBA”).
2. Anti-Doping and medical - I acknowledge that I am bound by, and confirm that I shall comply with, all of the provisions of the
Code of Conduct (see Book 1 of the FIBA Internal Regulations), Book 4 of the FIBA Internal Regulations (the “FIBA Anti-Doping
Rules”) (as amended from time to time), the World Anti-Doping Code (the “Code”) and the International Standards issued by the
World Anti-Doping Agency (“WADA”), as amended from time to time, and published on WADA’s website. I acknowledge the
authority of FIBA and/or National Anti-Doping Organizations under the FIBA Anti-Doping Rules to enforce, to manage results
under, conduct investigations, and to impose sanctions in accordance with the FIBA Anti-Doping Rules. Without prejudice to the
generality of the foregoing, I acknowledge and accept that FIBA may require that I provide a Sample or submit to medical tests or
control at any time and at any place. I further acknowledge and accept that my personal data shall be collected and processed in
connection with FIBA’s anti-doping activities as set forth in FIBA’s Player Information Notice, available here:
https://www.fiba.basketball/players-information-notice and as amended from time to time.
3. Image rights - I agree to be filmed, televised, photographed, identified and otherwise recorded by FIBA (or third parties appointed
or having received permission by it) on the occasion of the Competition. I herewith grant FIBA the non-exclusive, royalty-free,
world-wide, perpetual and sub-licensable right to use any photographs and/or audio/video material of me taken during the
Competition as well as my name, likeness, autograph and other identifying characteristics for the production, sale, distribution,
development, advertising and promotion of any FIBA or FIBA-authorised communication, product or service; excluded from the
foregoing grant of rights is any use which implies endorsement by me of any commercial entity other than FIBA, or of any non-
FIBA and non-FIBA authorised communication, marketing, product or service.
4. Donations - From time to time I may donate items to FIBA and/or the FIBA Foundation. I confirm that I do not object to any such
items being displayed, sold, used as a basis from which to make derivative works or otherwise dealt with in any way FIBA or the
FIBA Foundation sees fit.
5. Personal data - I acknowledge and agree that FIBA will collect and use my personal data in compliance with the (GDPR) General
Data Protection Regulation and all relevant Swiss legislation. Our legal basis for holding and processing your data is our legitimate
interest. Your Data may be processed by other organisations that act as Data Processors on our behalf. They will only use your
data for the specific purposes for which they act as our data processors. They are not allowed to pass this on to any other
organisation. Your personal data is not passed on or sold by us to third parties whether or not connected with FIBA. Full

6. Investigation - I acknowledge and understand that the FIBA Code of Conduct (including the Code of Ethics and Integrity) shall
apply to me and prohibit certain conduct by me, including without limitation the obligation to making prompt and complete reports to
FIBA in case of matter or facts coming to your attention and evidencing a violation of the aforementioned FIBA Code of Conduct.
7. I further agree to report any violation of Integrity, by using the platform available on FIBA’s website at the following address:
http://www.fiba.basketball/integrity I also understand that no participant of the Competition, personnel, employees or contractors
(or any other person who is a "Participant" as per the FIBA Code of Conduct) may pass on or post on social media, blog or discuss
any Inside Information (defined in the FIBA Code of Conduct) until such time that it may have been released officially.
8. I understand and accept that FIBA may conduct investigations into the activities of any Participant if FIBA has reasonable
suspicions that such Participant has committed a breach of the FIBA Code of Conduct. Such investigations may be conducted in
conjunction with relevant authorities (including criminal, administrative, professional and/or judicial authorities) and all Participant
must cooperate fully with such investigations and a failure to cooperate with any such investigation may itself be sanctioned under
the under the FIBA Internal Regulations
9. I acknowledge and agree that I participate in this Competition at my own risk and that I will take all reasonable measures to protect
myself from the risks of participation. Also, I acknowledge that I am responsible for all property I use during the Competition and that I
irrevocably release FIBA (and their respective members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from
any liability (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss, injury or damage that I may suffer in relation to my participation in the
Competition.
10. I agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, in connection with, or on the occasion of this Competition and/or
generally the Regulations, which cannot be settled amicably and which remains unsettled once the remedies established by the
Regulations have been exhausted, shall be submitted exclusively to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for final and binding
arbitration in accordance with Swiss law (excluding conflict of law provisions) and the Code of Sports-related Arbitration. The
arbitration shall be governed by Chapter 12 of the Swiss Act on Private International Law (“PILA”) to the exclusion of rules for
Swiss domestic arbitration, shall be conducted in English and its seat shall be in Lausanne, Switzerland. The CAS shall have the
exclusive power to order provisional and conservatory measures. I shall not and I hereby waive my right to institute any claim,
arbitration or litigation, or seek any other form of relief, in any other court or tribunal other than the Swiss Federal Tribunal in
accordance with the PILA.
11. I acknowledge and agree that I am not permitted to display or promote any sponsorship-related branding or any other brands
during the course of my participation in the Competition.
12. I acknowledge and agree that my participation in this Competition is conditional upon my valid acceptance of and my compliance
with each and all the provisions of this entry form.
