A. INTRODUCTION
What is social responsibility?

CSR is the responsibility of an organization for the impacts of its decision and activities on
society and the environment through transparent and ethical behavior that.

- Contributes to sustainable development, including the health and welfare of society

- Considers the expectations of stakeholders
- Follow applicable law and consistent with international norms
- Integrated throughout the organization and practiced in its relationship.

Use and follow the guide ISO 26000 to organize the CSR
It is designed to work in all organizational and cultural contexts – in any country or region. It is
flexible and the user decides how to use it. It was internationally negotiated through ISO’s consensus
method, using a multi-stakeholder approach, and balance to reflect global diversity. It incorporates
the real-life experiences of many contributors, and at the same time builds on international norms and
agreements related to Social Responsibility.

B. 7 ITEMS ABOUT ISO 26000:

THE GOVERNANCE OF THE ORGANIZATION

How an organization thinks about and implements its values, strategy and
objectives, how it integrates CSR principles such as transparency,
stakeholders, accountability.

RESPECT FOR OF HUMAN RIGHTS

It is about the respect of these rights (civil rights, political and economic
rights) and prevention of risks, management of conflicts.

THE WORK PRACTICES

Concerns recruitment, promotion of workers, working conditions, health

and safety at work.
THE ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

It is the act of taking steps to fight environmental problems (pollution,

climate changes, destruction of natural habitats, waste of biodiversity).

THE GOOD PRACTICE IN BUSINESS

This describes the way in which a company maintains and uses its relationship
with other organizations (anti-corruption, unfair competition, respect for
intellectual property rights).

THE ISSUES RELATING TO CONSUMERS

Deal with privacy, security and health, access to essential services

and products.

COMMITMENT SOCIETAL

It is about community involvement and development of the community,

considering local contexts, support for territorial development of the
territory, job creation employment, access to technology.

C. THE MOLD AND CO COMMITMENT

The commitment of Mold and CO is to protect people health and safety; design and test
products to ensure this. Reduce waste by minimizing packing material and, if appropriate, offer
recycling and disposal service. Eliminate or minimize negative health and environmental impacts of
products and services, such as noise or waste. Pay particular attention to the information needs of
vulnerable individuals.
D. THE MOLD AND CO SOLUTION

Environmental action:

We have decided to set up a large public transport

service. With a fleet of 5 electric buses that will allow transit
between the nearest train station and the factory, we are
committed to respecting the 90% rate of green transport in
the eco-quarter. In addition, bicycle paths and bicycles are available. China has an impressive number
of bicycles. We have seen the arrival of yellow bikes from Ofo, blue bikes from Blugogo or others like
the orange or grey ones from Mobike and it’s this approach that we want to follow!

During the construction the site will be cleaning daily. For the
construction of the factory itself, we will install solar panels on
the roof and the 4 face will be vegetated.

Social action:

For the social points, the most important thing for us is to train
managers in CSR. Indeed, for managers, training is all the more
important as they are the one who must constantly mobilize to enable
CSR to progress. We also place great emphasis on respecting labor rights.
This may seem obvious, but it is important to remember that sometimes labor law is not the easiest
to understand and implement. Other things will be put in place, such as optimized lighting and good
air quality management.
Economic and ethics action:

To respect our economic plan as much as

possible, we will implement responsible and efficient
solutions.

To be responsible, a company must have responsible

suppliers! And for this, there is nothing like a
responsible purchasing strategy to identify those who
have the best practices.

The same goes for child labor, of course. This is

particularly important for those in industry, but also in
construction where it is a scourge in China.

Corruption costs the community a lot of money. Implement an anti-corruption program, locally or in
subsidiaries. Promote local employment by choosing local partners. If it’s possible and it allows local
economic development.

Programmed obsolescence is an outdated model, both economically and ecologically. Perhaps we

need to imagine more efficient machines (sold for more money). This would make it possible to save
energy, for example (more efficient machines, therefore less consumption). Sometimes this requires a
major overhaul of the business model, but in the long run it can be worth it!

E. CONCLUSION:

To conclude our solutions and way of thinking allow us to look towards a sustainable future.
Thanks to our charter and our active search for a CSR engineer, we are moving towards a standard-
compliant integration of this system and that will show in front of the competitor our transparency.
