Non-Shrink Cementitious Grout with Special Fibre

DESCRIPTION Colour
CONSOL GROUT 800 MF (Micro Fibre) is a non-shrink Grey
cementitious grout with an additional special blend of fibre. It
is ready to use which has the characteristics of not shrinking Packaging
with a working time that is suitable for local temperature. 25kg
Complies to ASTM C-1107.
Mixing Density
~2.3 kg/L (3.25 L water per 25 kg bag)

Flexural Strength (ASTM C-348) LIMITATION


28 Days ≥65 kg/cm2 Minimum applications thickness: 10 mm
Recommended thickness in one pour is 20 mm to 50 mm.
Compressive Strength (ASTM C-109) If the application thickness exceeds 100 mm, special

Surface Treatment
Prepare surface area by cleaning. Remove oil, grease and other
bond-inhibiting materials.
CLEANING TOOLS
Anchor to be grouted must be degreased with suitable solvent. Clean all tools and application equipment with water

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Mixing • Avoid contact with skin and eyes

for 3.25 liters of water. Mix continuously for 3 minutes • If skin contact occurs, wash skin thoroughly
(minimum). Use a mixing paddle or appropriately sized mortar • If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with warm water and
mixer. Use a mechanically low speed drill (400 - 600 rpm). seek medical attention without delay.

Application
Pour CONSOL GROUT 800 MF (Micro Fibre) after mixing into
the forms from one side to avoid air entrapment. Maintain the
grout at all times to ensure a continuous flow.

CURING
Wet cure for a minimum 3 days with wet hessian, plastic sheet
or apply a curing compound.
