 ABSTRACT

Web development refers to the building, creating, and maintaining of

websites. It includes aspects such as web design, web publishing, web
programming, and database management. It is the creation of an
application that works over the internet i.e., websites.
Web development is the work that happens behind the scenes to make
a website look great, work fast and perform well with a seamless user
experience. Web developers do this by using a variety of coding
languages.
For larger organizations and businesses, Web development teams can
consist of hundreds of people (Web developers) and follow standard
methods like Agile methodologies while developing Web sites.
Smaller organizations may only require a single permanent or
contracting developer, or secondary assignment to related job positions
such as a graphic designer or information systems technician. Web
development may be a collaborative effort between departments rather
than the domain of a designated department. There are three kinds of
Web developer specialization: front-end developer, back-end
developer, and full-stack developer. Front-end developers are
responsible for behavior and visuals that run in the user browser, while
back-end developers deal with the servers.

 CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION

1.1 Introduction:
This is an internship program for first year organized by Poornima College of
Engineering. This internship program is of 15 days in this many courses are provided
to the students. The internship associated with Celebals Technology, Jaipur and induce
system technologies, Noida.
There were four different modules provided in the internship program.
They were:
1. Machine Learning – Deep learning and its application
2. Web Development Using JavaScript and react JS
3. Advance C
4. Project Oriented Training Using Advanced Engineering Tools and Software.

1.2 Full name of technical training / Internship:

Two Weeks Summer Internship on WEB DEVELOPMENT.

20 July 2022

This internship program was of sixty hours (60 hours).

1.8 Conclusion:
This Internship program was very good for students and this schedule was given a bit
experience to student of a real industry work schedule. All module in the internship
program was good.

TECHNICAL TRAINING PLATFORM

2.1 Introduction :
Poornima College of Engineering is the main campus of Poornima Group of
Colleges, established by the Shanti Education Society in year 2000 with a
student strength of 180. It now has three institutions and has grown to 10,000
students. Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur.
Other name. PCE.

Poornima College of Engineering, affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University

(RTU) came into existence in 2000 with the objective of promoting pragmatic
engineering Education. PCE has set a benchmark in technical education with

perseverance, dedication, and devotion. Its achievements are appropriately
symbolized by its moto; “Success it not a destination but a journey”.
IBM has acknowledged the institute as center of excellence, and it also
functions as a nodel study center of IIT-K/M/B.

2.2 Reason of selecting this platform:

I choose this platform because I think as fresher when I don’t have any skill
then this is a good opportunity to learn some skills that help me in my second
year. The facilities provided was good, there were good faculties, and it is also
a research center so here the operating system give an industrial experience.

3.1 HTML:
HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. It is used to design the front
end portion of web pages using markup language. It acts as a skeleton for
a website since it is used to make the structure of a website.

What is HTML used for ?

HTML is used to create the structure of web pages that are displayed on the
World Wide Web (www). It contains Tags and Attributes that are used to
design the web pages. Also, we can link multiple pages using Hyperlinks.

3.2 CSS:
Cascading Style Sheets fondly referred to as CSS is a simply designed
language intended to simplify the process of making web pages presentable.
It is used to style our website.

There are three types of CSS which are given below:

Inline: Inline CSS contains the CSS property in the body section
attached with the element known as inline CSS.
●
Internal or Embedded: The CSS ruleset should be within the HTML
file in the head section i.e., the CSS is embedded within the HTML file.

External: External CSS contains a separate CSS file that contains only
style property with the help of tag attributes.

3.3 JAVASCRIPT:
JavaScript is a scripting language used to provide a dynamic behavior to our
website.

JavaScript can be added to your HTML file in two ways:
●
Internal JS: We can add JavaScript directly to our HTML file by
writing the code inside the <script> tag. The <script> tag can either be
placed inside the <head> or the <body> tag according to the requirement.
●
External JS: We can write JavaScript code in other file having an
extension .js and then link this file inside the <head> tag of the HTML file
in which we want to add this code.

3.4 BOOTSTRAP:
Bootstrap is a free and open-source tool collection for creating responsive
websites and web applications. It is the most popular CSS framework for
developing responsive, mobile-first websites. Nowadays, the websites are
perfect for all the browsers (IE, Firefox, and Chrome) and for all sizes of
screens (Desktop, Tablets, Phablets, and Phones).

● It is Faster and Easier way for Web-Development.
● It creates Platform-independent web-pages.
● It creates Responsive Web-pages.
● It designs the responsive web pages for mobile devices too.

 CONCLUSION

In today's Web development, a good page design is essential. A bad design

will lead to the loss of visitors and that can lead to a loss of business. In
general, a good page layout has to satisfy the basic elements of a good page
design. This includes colour contrast, text organization, font selection, style
of a page, page size, graphics used, and consistency. In order to create a
well-designed page for a specific audience. The developer needs to
organized and analyze the users' statistics and the background of the users.
Although it can be hard to come up with a design that is well suited to all of
the users, there will be a design that is appropriate for most of the audience.
The better the page design, the more hits a page will get. That implies an
increase in accessibility and a possible increase in business.
