    Patient history

    Patient Background: Ms. Jessica Rodriguez, a 35 years old women, presents to her Gynecologist with
    complain of heavy menstrual bleeding. Pelvic pain and increase of frequency of urination. Jessica is
    nulliparous ( was not given birth ) and has a regular menstrual cycle. She is otherwise healthy and has no
    significant medical history.

    Present complaints: Jessica report that her menstrual periods have become increasingly heavy over the
    past six months. She experience pelvic pain, especially during her periods and has notice a feeling of
    fullness in her lower abdomen. Additionally, she finds herself needing to urinate more frequently.
