21. A 40 year old lady weighing 50kg is suffering from acute urinary tract infection
and advised Gentamicin 5 mg/kg. She was having impaired renal functions and her
serum creatinine was found to be 1.8 mg/dl. Calculate the dose of Gentamicin for
this lady.

Hepatic blood flow of 70 kg patient is 90L/h/70kg. Morphine clearance in the same


person was 60L/h/70kg. Considering morphine absorption is 100%, what would be
the extraction ratio and bioavailability.
