    INCIDENT REPORT

    On June 13, 2023, while I was attending a training session (LAMP-23) in Lahore, an
    unfortunate incident occurred involving Mr. Sabir Hussain, the office boy, and Mr.
    Muhammad Waqas, the cleaner. They engaged in a physical conflict with each other.
    The incident was reported to the Network Partner and HR Associate on the following
    day.

    Upon my return, I initiated an investigation into the matter. Both Sabir and Waqas
    have provided their confession and apology letters regarding the incident. After
    careful consideration and consultation with the HR Associate, it is recommended that
    warning letters be issued to both employees.

    Therefore, warning letters have been issued to both Sabir and Waqas with the
    consent of the HR Associate. These letters serve as formal notice to remind them of
    the importance of maintaining a respectful and peaceful work environment.
