GODDESS DURGA- 9 FORMS

'Navratri' means 'nine nights.' 'Nava' means 'nine,’ and 'Ratri' means
'night.'
On this occasion we have created the female cosmic power (9 forms)
in our traditional Indian Folk Art form #bengalpatua
The significance of each day of Navratri is attached to a form of the
Mother Divine.

mother of nature.

The fourth day of Navratri is dedicated to Devi KUSHMANDA. The

name Kushmanda is derived from three words - ‘Ku’ (little), ‘Ushma’
(warmth or energy) and ‘Amnda’ (egg), which means the creator of
the universe. It is stated that lord Vishnu was able to start creating
the universe when Maa Kushmanda smiled like a flower which
blossomed with a bud.
