The Crl.A.No. 3244/2023 @ SLP(Crl.) No. 1974/2021 matters above

mentioned was listed before the Hon’ble Court on 13.10.2023 when the
Hon'ble Court passed the following order:
“Leave granted.
Issue notice on the prayer for bail, returnable in
four weeks.
Tag with Crl.A.No. 191 of 2020.”
It is submitted that there is sole respondent in all three matter. The sole
respondent of Crl.A.No. 191 and 192 of 2020 are represented through Mr.
Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate. The Certificate of service of sole respondent
of Crl.A.No. 3244/2023 has been received from High Court.
Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is complete on all
three matters.
It is submitted that the instant matter has been filed by appellants
against the offences committed under 120-B r/w section 418, 467 and 471 IPC
r/w section 13(2) P.C Act.
It is further submitted as per Order XX, Rule 5(3) which was inserted
under The Supreme Court (Amendment) Rule 2019, which read as below:
(3) The Registrar Shall call the original
record of the case including the record of the
Court below in the criminal appeal involving
sentence of life imprisonment of death penalty.
Provided that such record shall not be
requisitioned in other cases, unless specifically
ordered by the Court.
It is further submitted that the in the aforesaid matters no sentence of
Life Imprisonment/Death penalty involved.
The all Appeals above mentioned are listed before the Registrar Court
with this office report.
