FOLLOWING POINTS NEED CEO’S ATTENTION
DISCUSSION DECISION

The CEO IDAP added that the Consultant was
entirely obligated and responsible for their
work, and that changing a single word would
not absolve the consultant of any
responsibility.
The Chair directed that agreement of
Consultancy Service shall be signed between
02 parities i.e. PSCA and IDAP.

IDAP emphasized shared responsibility (for

project management services). The CEO IDAP
concurred with PSCA’s position and requested
that it be replaced with consultant
responsibility.
