Part 1: Cultural Aspects of India
1. Power Distance (PD):

This is equivalent to respecting your parents and grandparents in India. You do not
object to their decisions because they are considered the law. There is a certain
hierarchy in society as experience and age are given importance. (SMITH, 2019)

2. IDV (individualism vs. collectivism):

India reminds me of an expansive family gathering. Family reunions and neighborhood
