their enthusiasm (motivation & sustained interest). An individual’s contribution may not necessary involve all of these areas but may
complement other group members’ contribution, so may still be adequately awarded.
● If in exceptional circumstances a group member has made an unacceptably small contribution to the group it would not be fair to the other
group members to award that person a mark, in this instance it should be recorded as 'N' for ‘No mark’.
