How to create an Action Plan?

-> Brian Tracy

1. Decide exactly what you want.

2. Write your goals down on paper.
3. Set a deadline
4. Make a list of everything you could possibly think of that you will have to do to achieve your
goals.
5. Schedule it into a comprehensive plan.

- Priority: What is more important and less important.

- Sequence: What you have to do before you do something else, and in what order.
- 80/20 Rule: 80% of your results will come from 20% of your activities.
- 20/80 Rule: The first 20% of time that you spend planning your goal and organizing your
plan will be worth 80% of the time and effort required to achieve the goal.

- Which on activity most important?

- If I could only do one other task on this List, which one would be he most valuable use of
my time?

- Your problem is to bridge the gap between where you are now and the goals you intend
to reach.
- What is one of your goals you want to accomplish?
