症状

Diagnostics Agent shows wrong FQDN in the Agent Administration therefore, you can't assign it in Managed
System Configuration:

重现问题

1. Login to SAP Solution Manager

2. Go to http://<SMD host>:<Java HTTP port>/smd/AgentAdmin
3. Search for Agent

4. Agent has a wrong FQDN

原因

Solution Manager is picking up wrong FQDN as it's not maintained correctly in the etc\hosts file.

解决方案

1. Please open and edit your /etc/hosts and change and update the correct FQDN of the Diagnostics
Agent associated to it's server name directly in there as follows:

IP FQDN SHORT HOST NAME

<hostIP> <hostFQDN> <short host name>

2. Once you have made the change please restart your Host and Diagnostics Agent

Please also note that SAP does not support DNS alias for the Diagnostics Agent Setup and a dedicated IP
address is required for each Diagnostics Agent as described on 1851156
