This is what you need to complete rather than following what is on BUD.

Assignment 5 – carried over from Action due on 31st March

Record your team meeting showing how you communicate with others.

Action 1

I need evidence of your 121s you have completed with your team members. Ideally these will
show how you have developed your individuals and motivated them to achieve.

Action 2

As with above and you could use the same evidence, but this time I need to see how you set
operational and personal goals and objectives and monitor progress, providing clear guidance
and feedback. You could record some meetings that are 121 if you do not have this evidence

Action 3

Assignment that meets your Understanding on HR systems and legal requirements, and
performance management techniques including setting goals and objectives, conducting
appraisals, reviewing performance, absence management, providing constructive feedback,
and recognising achievement and good behaviour.

Action 4 - Project.

You need to look on BUD for the activity Project Application.


You need to show that you have managed a project, within the activity there are templates to
use. I would highly recommend speaking to one of the peers from your group as this is a big
part of your team leader qualification. You do not need to use all 8 documents but you need
to show you can use a few different tools within this project. You need to include a budget in
this project too.

Action 6 – Revise for Functional Skills Exams
