The research provides an opportunity to demonstrate the
application of knowledge skill and completeness required during
the technical operations. This subject improved my technical skill
and helped me to rise up in this field in the future.

I am presenting a project file on the topic “AUTOMOBILES

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” in the subject Informatics
Practices (065).

I tried my best to make this project wonderful. It consists many

work for smoothly operating services of automobiles.

I hope you all like this project work.

 In this application there is user id and password which is generated
for various users with desired specifications and permission.
Unwanted and unauthentic person cannot get login with this
application.

The database of this system is locked with password. The data can
be accessed by authorize persons only

Data is provided as per right permission of the users. It is only

dependent upon that what kind of user are using this application.

Therefore data can be modified or deleted by only legal or

authorize person.
The sales management system is basically a database based project
done with help of python language. This project is very usefull for
the shopkeepers to keep a count on what project they have and
how much they sold. This project is multifield project, so that it can
be modified for various purposes.

In this project, there are various type of modules available to

manage Customers, Automobiles, Delivery. We can also generate
reports for Automobiles, Delivery, Payment, Booking. Here the
Delivery module manage all the operations of Delivery,
Automobiles module can manage Automobiles, Charges module is
normally developed for managing Charges, Payment module
manages Payment operations, Customers module has been
implemented to manage Customers.
  Records can be stored in a faster manner.
 Any records can be easily accessed.
 Bills can be generated as per bill number.
 It tracks all the information of Booking, Automobiles,
Delivery, etc.
 Manage the information of automobiles.

 Due to failure of electricity no work can be processed.

 No multiple bills can be generated.
 Once record are bring deleted cannot be roll back again.
 Even though some existing systems are computerized, there
occur redundancy problems due to duplication of entries.
 User cannot search automobiles fast when the number of
automobiles increases.
The objective of this project is to let the students apply the
programming knowledge into a real-world situation/problem and
exposed the students how programming skills helps in developing a
good software.

Write programs utilizing modern software tools.

Apply object oriented programming principles effectively when

developing small to medium sized projects.

Write effective procedural code to solve small to medium sized

problems.

Students will demonstrate a breadth of knowledge in computer

science, as exemplified in the areas of systems, theory and
software development.

Students will demonstrate ability to conduct a research or applied

Computer Science project, requiring writing and presentation skills
which exemplify scholarly style in computer science.

This project can perform most of the tasks related to Automobiles,
This project helps in accomplishing following tasks very smoothly

 SEARCH THE STOCK OF AUTOMOBILES:

 TODAY'S TOTAL TRANSACTION:
All automobile details like available in the company are entered
and managed in this and managed. Price details and stock details
of the automobiles are managed separately. The customer details
are entered to call the customer for further purchase of
automobile. The customer name, address and phone number
details are managed separately. The details are entered and
edited by the administrator.

But everything is done manually. Most of the existing system is

manual, so data manipulations are not accurate and also
processing time is slow. When the stock and automobile count
increases, manual manipulation of data becomes very difficult.
The proposed system is very useful for the employee and
customers. It avoids the overheads for the employee. They can
minimize the working stress and can keep essential documents
related to the automobile and the passengers as a softcopy. The
advantage of the proposed system is the reduction in the cost of
the office equipments and the transaction is done quickly. Any
employee can answer if any delivery for a particular customer in a
particular day is available or not.

The proposed project will allow the customers to perform certain

activities like login and searching for automobiles. Customers may
open an account with the store if they wish including a username
and password. In login form users will be authenticated and it is
also possible to find whether they are customer or admin through
their login information which was entered. A customer must be
logged in before searching for automobiles for purchase.

If a user attempts to login with incorrect details, they will be not be

redirected to access the application. When a customer search for a
automobile, if the stock of the automobile is available, they will be
taken to a page that shows the details of the automobile including
automobile title, automobile ID, quantity, price etc in order for
sale.
 Every job in this project is done
automatically by pressing desire
option of the Main Screen.
Every automobile will work with
INPUT company name and with its
unique ID. We can generate
invoice number randomly and
can be cancelled by providing
invoice number We can also
generate details of automobiles
by writing its name or ID We can
see everyday transactions and
monthly details etc.
All the jobs as per the scope of
the project are done by this
PROCESS application through Python's
code ,My SQL application and
Connector.
 Generate Profile Details.
 Generate Invoice.
 Cancel Invoice.
OUTPUT  Update record of
automobiles.
 Get details of automobiles.
 Manage Customer Details.
 Update Records after
correction.
This project can be used in many places in the future As we know
there are many Medical Shops where this system can work
smoothly

As per need of project, I have inserted many medicines records but

there aremillions of medicines that can be stored in the database of
this system

in this project, there is a future scope of modifications like

1. More extensive back ended support

2. Creation of new user ID

3. Web connectivity

4. Better display using animation

5. Real time process.

6. Network accessibility.

7. Enhance the capacity of Database.

8. Reduce the size of application by disabling the unwanted

features

This Project has been prepared to reduce manual work and with
the help of this project total amount to be paid is being calculated
automatically in faster manner and record are easily inserted into
file data.

The system is completely menu driven and extremely user friendly

since it is developed in an efficient front end tool VB. Appropriate
error messages are also provided too guide the user in a proper and
user friendly manner

The software “AUTOMOBILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”

has been developed in windows 2007 environment using PHP as
front end and MS Access as back end. Time consumptions reduced
to a great extent and user as less complexity in handling it
database.

The project is fully fledged and user friendly, End users will be
lightened in using it software because it is easy to have bills and
reports and mostly all contents to be entered are to selected from
combo box. It reduces the calculating efforts to be carried out by
the staff.
