I am Md Abdul Hakim, Permanent Address- Bangapara, Dowarabazar, Lakshmipur-3070,

Sunamganj. Present Address- Dalia, Airport , Akhaliya-3100, Sylhet.

I visited much time in several countries like Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Srilanka, Saudi Arabia,
Malaysia, Nepal and many more time in India.

Now my plan to visit Canada next July 2023. I have already enclosed my arranged travel itinerary and
Hotel booking along with my visa application.

I am an established businessman in Bangladesh. I am the sole proprietor of (1) FARHAD AIR

SERVICE (All kinds of Air Ticket Seller) at 18, Century Market, Amberkhana in Sylhet, (2) M/S
FAIZA FISHERIES (Fish Farming) at Shiber Bazar, Jalalabad in Sylhet. I have also a huge amount
of agricultural land and House rent property. Please finds enclosed my trade licenses, Bank
statements, Income tax certificates, membership certificate of Sylhet chamber of commerce and
industry, my land registry documents (Forsa) and updated valuation certificate etc.

Please note that I have provided my Personal Bank Account from Pubali Bank Ltd. at Dargagate
Branch in Sylhet. FDR (Fixed Deposit) Account from Bangladesh Development Bank Limited, at
Sylhet Branch in Sylhet and Business Account from Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited at Amberkhana
Branch in Sylhet.

I therefore pray and request you to look my above passion, I hope you consider my application from
all of view with grant a visa and oblige thereby.

Wrongly my name was Mohammad Abdul Hakim of my previous passport but I change to my name
of current passport Md Abdul Hakim.
