Handling and Installation: System placement

• Install according to PID diagram When installing be aware of mounting location.

• Secure the piping to avoid any It should always be installed horizontal and the

• Citric acid (solid)
• Protective gloves
• Protective glasses
• Wrench
• Bolt, nuts etc. (Not included CIP Spool)
• Sealing DN50 (Not included)

Cleaning Operation.
DANGER!

• When operating and handling CIP unit,

glasses and gloves are required.

3. Close the bottom valve

4. Open the top Valve

1. Remove cap from top valve

5. Fill the chamber with Citric acid (solid)

according to table.

6. Close top valve
7. Reattach the cap on top valve

10. Press start (3)

11. Run for 300 seconds

8. On the HMI select Mode (1) 12. Press stop on the HMI (4)
9. Select Recirculation Manual mode (2) 13. Done. Successful Cleaning in place.
