1. As a student nurse on duty in the OPD Pedia, what will be your approach toward your
client?

-As a student nurse on duty in the OPD Pedia my approach is to prioritize

A.R.'s immediate care while maintaining communication and support for both
the child and the mother. First, Observe A.R.'s breathing pattern and note any
distress or changes. Continuously assess his response to the nebulization
treatment. To add Ensure A.R. is in a comfortable position that aids breathing.
Lastly, Accurately document observations, treatments given, vital signs, and
A.R.'s response to medications. Report any concerning changes or lack of
improvement to the physician promptly.

2. As part of your clinical exposure, what will be your health teaching to your client and
significant other regarding the scenario given?

-Educate the mother about asthma, its triggers, and the prescribed
medications. Ensure she understands the dosage, administration, and potential
side effects. Discuss about potential triggers at home (like smoke, dust, or pets)
and educate the family on asthma triggers and how to minimize exposure.
