With reference to your application for the above post, we are pleased to inform that you have been called for Online Examination. Please appear for the
examination at your own expense on the date, time and venue mentioned above, subject to the terms and conditions given below.
1. Please bring this call letter with your photograph affixed thereon, a photocopy of photo identity proof stapled with it and same (currently valid)
photo ID in original and 2 additional photographs - THIS IS ESSENTIAL .
2. This Call letter along with photocopy of photo identity proof duly stapled together are to be submitted at the end of the exam.
3. Currently valid photo identity proof may be PAN Card/Passport/Permanent Driving Licence/Voter’s Card with photograph/Bank Passbook with
photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a G azetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead / Identity Card issued by a
recognised College or University / Aadhaar Card / E-aadhaar Card with a photograph / Employee ID in original.
4. Please No te- Ratio n Card and Learner’s Driv ing License will NOT be accepted as v alid ID pro o f.
5. You must report at the examination venue 15 minutes before the reporting time.
6. Late comers will not be allowed to take the test. Candidate will not be permitted to leave the examination hall till the time for the test is over and/or
permission to leave the hall is given by the test administrator.
7. Your photograph affixed on the call letter should match the one uploaded in the online application form, failing which you will not be allowed to
appear for the examination.
8. Registration at the exam venue will be done through photo and IRIS scan (Biometric thumb impression for VI candidates). Photo captured will be
matched with the photo uploaded by you in the application (As printed in the call letter). You must NOT change your appearance from the photo
uploaded by you. Photograph of scribe will also be captured.
9. Your signature should tally with the signature uploaded. In case of discrepancy, you will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Signature
in CAPITAL LETTERS will no t be accepted .

6. Photogra ph a nd IRIS will be ca ptured a t the exa m ina tion venue. The photo ca ptured will be m a tched with the photo uploa ded by the
ca ndida te in the a pplica tion. You m ust NOT cha nge your a ppea ra nce from the photo uploa ded by you.
D e c ision of the IRIS data ve rific ation authority with re gard to its status (matc he d or mismatc he d) shall be final and binding
upon the c andidate s. Re fusal to partic ipate in the proc e ss of IRIS sc anning / ve rific ation on any oc c asion may le ad to
c anc e llation of c andidature . With re gards to the same , ple ase note the following:
(a) ‘LEFT EYE (IRIS)’ will be c apture d for all the c andidate s.
(b) Candidate s should re move Contac t Le nse s and Spe c tac le s while c apturing IRIS. Candidate s are advise d to avoid we aring

8. You will have to a ffix your signa ture in the spa ce provided in the ca ll letter, in the presence of the Invigila tor. Your signa ture should ta lly

10. The ca ndida tes a re a dvised to follow the following dress code:
Light clothes which cannot be used for hiding any instruments or communication devices.
Half sleeves but not having big buttons or any badge, brooches etc. which could be used to hide the communication
device, Bluetooth, camera etc.
Slippers, sandals and no t sho e s .

However, ca ndida tes com ing in custom a ry/ religious dresses should report a t the centre a t lea st 20 m inutes prior to reporting tim e for
proper checking.
11. If you are found re sorting to any unfair me ans inc luding giving/re c e iving he lp to/from any c andidate during the te st you will
be disqualifie d. (You should be vigilant to e nsure that no othe r c andidate is able to c opy from your answe rs).

Microphone, Pa ger, Hea lth Ba nd etc. Other item s like Goggles, Ha ndba gs, Ha ir-pin, Ha ir-ba nd, Belt, Ca p, Any wa tch/Wrist Wa tch,
Ca m era , Any m eta llic item , Any ea ta ble item opened or pa cked, wa ter bottle (only tra nspa rent wa ter bottle is a llowed), Any other item
which could be used for unfa ir m ea ns for hiding com m unica tion devices like ca m era , blue tooth devices etc.

Plea se note tha t if you a dopt a ny unfa ir m ea ns or m a lpra ctice or com m it a ny m isconduct while a ppea ring for the exa m ina tion, your
ca ndida ture is lia ble to be sum m a rily ca ncelled; m oreover, you m ay be lia ble to pena l a ction. The Ba nk would be a na lyzing the
responses of a ca ndida te with other a ppea red ca ndida tes to detect pa tterns of sim ila rity. On the ba sis of such a n a na lysis, if it is found
tha t the responses have been sha red a nd scores obta ined a re not genuine/va lid, the Ba nk reserves the right to ca ncel his/her
ca ndida ture.
14. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, tra nsm itting, storing or fa cilita ting tra nsm ission a nd stora ge of test contents in
a ny form or a ny inform a tion therein in whole or pa rt thereof or by a ny m ea ns verba l or written, electronic or m echa nica l or ta king a way
the pa pers supplied in the exa m ina tion ha ll or found to be in una uthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
15. You should strictly com ply with the directions given to you by the test a dm inistra tor/invigila tor. If a ny ca ndida te is found disrega rding
these directions, he/she will be lia ble to be deba rred from the test.

18. For ca ndida tes ava iling scribe in a ccorda nce with OM - F. No. 29-6/2019-DD-III da ted 10.08.2022, sha ll be a llowed scribe fa cility subject
to production of a certifica te a t the tim e of online exa m ina tion to the effect tha t person concerned ha s lim ita tion to write a nd tha t scribe
is essentia l to write exa m ina tion on his/her beha lf from com petent m edica l a uthority of a Governm ent hea lthca re institution a s per
Appendix I of the sa id guidelines. Such ca ndida tes sha ll not be a llowed to a ppea r for the exa m ina tion without the specified m edica l
certifica te a s per Appendix I a nd Appendix II of the sa id guidelines.
