This document is composed of 3 texts about the reasons why people love football. The first text is
from Andrew Harper-a former Newcastle player. Who says that he doesn’t only love the game but
the atmosphere in the stadium and the fact that it brings people together. As far as Walled Abu Nada
( a fan ) is concerned, this sport is a kind of communion with other fans. Yet , he denounces the racist
chants, dirty playing and cheating. Finally, Roy Hodgson – a former manager of The England National
Team- football is a mass culture that can -approach everyone around the world.

inhabited continent; The flame which is lit at the beginning of each Olympic Games. The goal of the
Olympics is to help build a better and more peaceful world thanks to sport. The essential is not to win
but to fight well.

well known around the world and watched by nearly 400 million people. They are professional
gamers, but it is also opened to casual players. More than 50 universities propose e-sports programs.
Moreover it generates a lot of money be it for the gamers, the brand or the video game producers.
