IN CONSIDERATION of UNITAR INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (hereinafter referred to as “UNITAR”), agreeing

(hereinafter referred to as “the Student”) into UNITAR’s academic programme as per letter of offer dated
______________________________, I/We, both student and guarantor, hereby agree to guarantee and/or
indemnify UNITAR CAPITAL SDN BHD (hereinafter referred to as “UNITAR CAPITAL”), being the registered
owner and operator of UNITAR as follows:

1. I/We will pay UNITAR CAPITAL on demand all monies which remain owing and outstanding to
UNITAR CAPITAL from the Student or monies that remain unpaid on the general balances of
his/her account with UNITAR CAPITAL, whether or not the Student completes his/her studies in
UNITAR. A letter or certificate in writing from UNITAR CAPITAL, shall be conclusive evidence of the
amount owing to UNITAR CAPITAL by the Student as per the date of such letter or certificate.

2. ANY notice including writ of summons issued by UNITAR CAPITAL in relation to the above matter
may be given to me by UNITAR CAPITAL in writing either by personal service or registered post at
my last known address given in which such notice and/or writ of summons, are deemed to be
served on me immediately after service or within 3 days after posting.

3. I/We acknowledge that I/we earn a combine monthly income of not less than RM1,000 and the
term of this guarantee and/or indemnity have been explained clearly to me and I/we hereby
agree to be bound by it of my/our own free will.

4. I/We do solemnly and sincerely declare that I/we are not an undischarged bankrupt as defined
under the Bankruptcy Act, 1967.

5. I/We agree and confirm that the information given in this Letter of Guarantee and Indemnity is
true and correct and I/we understand that it is being used to determine my/our credit
responsibility. I/We hereby authorise UNITAR CAPITAL and its officer or third party agencies
appointed by UNITAR CAPITAL to obtain any information UNITAR CAPITAL may require for these
purposes from other sources including consumer report, credit reporting agency, or reference
schemes and each source is hereby authorised to provide UNITAR CAPITAL with such information
and permit UNITAR CAPITAL to disclose or release data/information relating to my/our
company/business/individual to credit bureau or central bureau.
